The Snowshoe Web Cam is one of the great Ski Cams that displays images of the current conditions, weather and other fun happenings atop Snowshoe Mountain, the home of Snowshoe Ski Resort. Snowshoe Mountain WV is located high in the Allegheny Mountains of West Virginia in between two mountains, Cheat Mountain and the Back Allegheny. It is home to the second highest point in the state, Thorny Flat, which majestically rises to 4,848 ft above sea level. Here in this bowl shaped area, the head of Shavers Fork of the Cheat River rises and creates numerous opportunities for mountain fun. The Snowshoe Cam is a Ski Resort Cam in the winter months, and when the weather warms up you can check out events and other things going on at Snowshoe Resort, as the resort is a four season vacation paradise filled with tons of outdoor, mountain things to do.

High pressure at the surface is going to bring sunny skies for today and tomorrow, with Saturday look especially nice.  It should be a great day couple of days at Snowshoe!

A low pressure system passes over the Great Lakes Saturday night and early Sunday.  The warm front moves through the region during the time period and will keep clouds and a slight chance of showers in the forecast for Sunday.  Temperatures for the final day of the ski season also look to be very mild, with highs in the  mid to upper 50's up at the Shoe.

The associated cold front with the low pressure system becomes stationary over the region for Monday-Wednesday.  Each day will be mild, generally cloudy, and have a chance of showers.
